  1. Open your email, as if you were going to send a new email
  2. Click on File in the upper left corner, or wherever you find File in your email program
  3. Click on Options
  4. Click on Mail
  5. Click on Signatures
  6. If you haven’t already created an email signature, this is the place you can create one. If you already have an email signature, you should add a simple link to Customer Reviews on your company to your signature - for example:  Learn more about us - Read Customer Reviews about our company
  7. Make sure you hyperlink correctly to Reviews you have on your business
  8. Click OK
  9. You are done!
